A : How long will it take to get my digitized design?

Q: Xpose digitizing standard turn-around time is 24 hours. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will finish within a few hours with no extra charge.

A: What is the charge for edition?

Q: Most of the editing is free, except adding new part to the original logo we have done or you change your introduction that need us to re-digitize, such as adding lettering, background, and we only charge the stitches for the extra part.

A: What's your business hours?

Q: Xpose digitizing work in rotating shifts to provide customers with 24 hour, 7 day per week, none-stop digitizing services.

A: How do you ensure quality?

Q: We sew and inspect each digitized design to ensure the design is sharp and clean. If we find any problem, and we ever found, we correct it and sew it again. We do this until it is finally perfect, and then send the dst file with the scan of the sewout to you.

A: What digitizing software do you use?

Q: Xpose digitizing mainly uses Tajima, Wilcom digitizing systems.

A: What format do you offer?

Q: Xpose digitizing mainly offer DST file. We also provide another format conversion, such as EMB, CND, EXP, DSB, etc.

A: How do I get my finished embroidery design?

Q: Xpose digitizing will send the finished embroidery design to you by email. You can save it to your floppy disk.

A: What if I don't like my job?

Q : Quality guarantee: Xpose digitizing make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your orders possible, and make prompt revision, should there be any quality problem. You won’t be charged unless you are completely satisfied.

A: How much does it cost to have designs digitized?

Q: Competitive Pricing – 24 Flat rate (size under 5 inches).
$47 size at 5-7 inches.
$75 Standard full back design (size over 7 inches).

A: Is stitch estimate free? And how long does it take?

Q: Yes,it's free. It usually takes less than one hour for you to get a stitch estimate.

A: Can you do 3D puff / patches/ applique?

Q: Yes, we can. All of digitizers here are very experienced in it.

A: Do you provide free trial order?

Q: We don't provide the trial order free of charge since our quality is guaranteed, you can send a logo to us to digitize, and will not pay unless you are satisfied.We are offering prospective new customers 30% discount on the first order, so you can assess our work and services.

A: What payment methods do you accept?

A: If we place orders with you, is it possible to get a term?

Q: We usually send out invoices to our customers twice a month, for the previous half month. Since it may take about one week to prepare and send out the invoices, it implies term already when you get the invoice. Therefore, we will not give term, and the invoice is due up on receipt.
